With an extensive leadership background in health care and real estate, Michael Verbitsky guides Leading Gold Standard of Care (GSC) as CEO. Since founding the organization in 2008, he has overseen all aspects of strategic operations, from securing funding to setting out a long-term vision. With a close eye on market trends, Michael Verbitsky manages a diversified portfolio of healthcare real estate and senior housing holdings.
Mr. Verbitsky oversees the acquisition, repositioning, and management of select senior housing developments, and excels in turning underperforming assets into thriving operations. He has also guided companies such as a wellness clinic that provides HIV/AIDS patients with infusion therapy and a Wellscript Pharmacy. Both companies achieved successful exits to strategic buyers under his watch.
Mr. Verbitsky maintains a strong philanthropic commitment and is a longstanding member of the Young Presidents' Organization. He is a Berkeley School of Business graduate who earned his degree in business administration. An avid angler, Michael Verbitsky has explored largemouth bass fishing spots across Florida’s freshwater lakes.
